Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the purchase date. All merchandise must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in its original condition, including original packaging if applicable. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us at info@customwearworld.com to initiate your return request. 

Eligibility:

  • Your item must be unused or not opened and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item after the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 Please note, merchandise purchased as final sale cannot be returned. Merchandise cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation. If the merchandise does not pass inspection, it will be returned to the sender, and a refund will not be issued. Items returned after the 14-day period may be eligible for an online store credit, subject to approval.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, all items will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Your credit card company may require up to one billing statement for the refund to appear in your account. If this timeframe has passed and you have not seen your refund, please contact info@customwearworld.com for assistance.

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at support@customwearworld.com or call us at +1 323 917 7786. In the case of an exchange, the customer will bear the return shipping cost as well as the shipment cost for the exchange product.

 Cancellation Policy​:

Items may not be cancelled once an order has been placed. After you receive your order, simply follow our return instructions or call customer service at +1 323 917 7786 during normal business hours to make a replacement order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that cannot be returned or refunded

  • If the items have been opened 
  • If the items have been used ​
  • Clearance items.
  • Products marked as non-returnable. ​
  • Customized goods do not qualify for exchanges or refunds. No returns or exchanges are accepted for closed-out goods

Final sale

Any items marked 'final sale' at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. We do not make price adjustments on final sale items.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom order items

Any custom order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.  

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
  • Contact our customer service team via email at support@customwearworld.com  or call us at +1 323 917 7786.
  • Provide your order ID, details about the item, and a reason for the return.
  1. Prepare Your Return:
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  1. Return Authorization:
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions, along with the return address.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • In general, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping charges associated with returning an item, unless the item was damaged or faulty when it was delivered to the customer. In the event of a damaged or faulty order, customers will be provided with a prepaid label allowing items to be sent back to us free of charge.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we will deduct the return shipping cost from it. 

Refund Process:

  • All refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once the Custom Wear World team receives the order back to the warehouse as per the refund and exchange policy. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of order.
