You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), and we will send you the actual order you have ordered.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to swap any items you purchased or get a full refund by returning them. We normally require 72 hours to analyze your returned purchase when we get it. It will take 15 business days to finalize your exchange order and mail it to you.
